50th Class Reunion Pictures

What wonderful pictures!   It was such fun seeing classmates from the past.    Whew!   Do I wish I could have been there.   Looked like everyone was having a terrific time.     Can't wait to see everyone in 2015.   After my unexpected double bypass heart surgery last July while visiting in Sheboygan, I'm now doing great.   Just finished this years' production of Senior Follies.

HAPPY EASTER AND/OR PASSOVER TO EVERYONE!

In friendship,

Glad you are doing well now.  We have all reached the age of health problems it seems.  Hope to see you at the next reunion.  We did have a wonderful reunion in 2010.

2024 Class Reunion

To Ann Keckonen from David Bach

Thank you for all you have done and continue doing for the Class of 1960. My wife and I would love spending time with you and others on September 18; however, we both have physical limitations. I once read that retirement has three phases: “go-go, go-slow, and no-go.” We are currently on our way phase three.

From time to time I still think about how fortunate I was—how fortunate we all were—to have such great teachers at North High School. Rodney Gibson, Warren White, Marvin Peterson, and Fern Salisbury are some of the teachers for whom I will always be grateful.

I retired from ministry 10 years ago and my wife retired from teaching 18 years ago. We live three blocks from my former church here in New Jersey. We are fortunate to have wonderful friends and neighbors. We have three daughters who are single parents each raising two teenagers. Our son died from cancer when he was 18.

My wife has taken yoga classes from time to time over the past several years. Since it seems to help her I now join her three times a week. I looks easy—but it’s not! Please convey our best wishes to everyone on the 18th.
