We have been living in FL (The Villages) for almost seven years and think we have made the right move. There are 75,000 retirees in this gated community which will expand to 100,000 in the next five years. This is a golf cart community and we downsized from two cars to one plus a cart. Dale's has first cousins in FL, one of whom lives in The Vlgs. Our children are on the coast - one on the West and one on the East.
We are thankful for continued good health and wish that fellow classmates enjoy the same. Looking back over the education we received, we were one of the lucky ones. I have my doubts that today's schools could meet the same standards.
